Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive.
Normal shipping method is through UPS. Orders are only shipped to street addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
