Subscribe & Save FAQs

Q. Can I choose different frequencies for each product?

A. YES! Simply indicate your preferred frequency and we’ll take it from there, delivering each product when you need it.

Q. Do I get the discount if I have two separate subscriptions?

A. YES! Each subscription will receive the 15% discount and our flat-rate shipping of $7.99.

Q. How do I manage my subscription?

A. Simply log into your account. On your Account Page you’ll see the option to Manage Your Subscriptions.

Q. Do I have to have an account to participate in Subscribe & Save?

A. Yes. By creating a customer account, it allows us to retain your shipping and billing information, as well as your Subscribe & Save product preferences (Don’t worry, we never share our customer list with anyone!)

Q. Can I use a coupon or discount code with my Subscribe & Save program?

A. When you make your first purchase of product in the Subscribe & Save program, you CAN use any available discount code to receive an additional discount on that first order.

Ongoing shipments will be charged at the Subscribe & Save price.

Q. When will my product ship?

A. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday on the same day of the week on which the subscription originated. Subscriptions originated on weekends or holidays will ship on the first business day following the weekend or holiday and will auto-ship on the same weekday for the recurring frequency. Monthly subscriptions will ship on the same day of the month as your initial order.

Q. Can I change the frequency of my shipments?

A. YES! Just go to the Subscriptions section of your account. Click on “Edit Subscription” and make any changes.

Q. What if I need to delay one shipment only?

A. It’s easy to change your shipment date through the Subscriptions section of your account. Just click on the calendar icon in the “Next Order Date” field and you can adjust your next shipment date to any future date.

Note: Changes to shipment dates or frequency should be made at least 2 business days BEFORE your upcoming shipment date.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time through the Subscriptions section of your account. You can also call our friendly Customer Service Team at: 1-800-735-2878

Q. What if I want to use Subscribe & Save for whole bean or bulk products?

A. At this time, those products are not available on our Subscribe & Save program.

Terms & Conditions

The Sum>One Subscribe & Save program includes 10 oz. Retail Bag products. 

By ordering a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable price and any shipping charges upon each auto-shipment date, until you terminate your subscription in accordance with the Services.

Product Selection

Based on the Paid Services you select, you will receive recurring shipments of the specific coffee blend(s) selected.

From time to time, coffees may become temporarily unavailable due to availability of green coffee, supply chain issues or other factors. In the event a coffee you have selected as part of a subscription becomes unavailable, Sum>One may at its sole and exclusive option elect to send you a substitute coffee, the price of which will not exceed the price of the originally specified product.

Product Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped weekly, biweekly or monthly, based on your chosen subscription frequency at time of initial subscription. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday on the same day of the week on which the subscription originated. Subscriptions originated on weekends or holidays will ship on the first business day following the weekend or holiday, and will auto-ship on the same weekday for the recurring frequency. Monthly subscriptions will be fulfilled on the same date of each month as the original subscription order.

Pricing and Billing

Please note that if your subscription includes a discounted price for a promotional period, once the promotional period expires, your subscription will renew at the full price.

As such, if you purchase a subscription, until such time as you terminate your subscription, you hereby authorize, agree and assent to the automatic billing of your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts that are due.

Your non-termination of a subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that subscription. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. 

This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage or as otherwise described when you initially selected to sign up for the subscription.

As part of this recurring subscription, you will be charged the price listed on Sum>One’s website, for each coffee in your order, at the time each coffee is shipped.

Subscription Changes & Cancellations

Customers can easily edit or cancel their subscriptions within the My Account page of the Sum>One website.

Within this page customers can change the next shipment date. Shipment dates must be changed at least two business days before the upcoming date. Subscription orders must be canceled or modified at least two business days before the designated shipment date. Orders may not be canceled or modified after an upcoming shipment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the “Cancel Subscription” button on the My Account page. Subscriptions canceled within two business days of the upcoming scheduled shipment may still be shipped and will be charged the price listed on the Sum>One website, for each coffee in your order, at the time each coffee is shipped.
