Peru — Aromas Del Valle
(Fair Trade Organic)

About The Farm

From the highlands of Jaén, San Ignacio, and beyond, Aromas del Valle is a symphony of sustainability and craftsmanship, where the essence of organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance standards harmonize.

At the heart of this endeavor is the Mestiza Project, a movement orchestrated to celebrate and elevate the vital role of women in the specialty coffee industry. With every step of the value chain, from cultivation to the final cup, this initiative seeks to reduce gender gaps and compose a brighter future.

Every note of progress is intentional, as evidenced by their commitment to paying an additional 8% above the average price for coffee produced by women. Educational workshops and empowerment programs are designed to sustain this rhythm over time, fostering a legacy of growth and equality.

From 2018 to 2024, the cooperative supported 12 students through partnerships with universities. This commitment to fostering new talent is like adding instruments to an orchestra, enriching the depth and resonance of their efforts.
