All our decaf coffees are water-processed using a technique that relies solely on water, temperature, and time to extract the caffeine while preserving all of the delicious flavors.
No flavors are added to the coffee. Any sensory notes we mention are the result of farming practices, processing method and roast profile.
Our Project DIRECT program represents a comprehensive approach to sustainable coffee sourcing, which operates at the intersection of environmental stewardship, social responsibility and economic viability. The initiative strengthens supplier relationships by providing technical assistance, training and direct market access, ensuring fair compensation and long-term business stability for farming communities.
All our coffees are either sourced through our Project DIRECT partners or from Fair Trade and Organic-certified partners.
Storage – Tightly close the zipper seal after opening and store the bag away from light, moisture and heat. Do not store coffee in the refrigerator or freezer. Use within the first two weeks to one month after opening to enjoy optimum flavor.
Grinding – Grind immediately before brewing. Any unused ground coffee will lose its flavor nuance faster than whole bean. You can check more information in our Tips and Brewing Instructions section.
Brewed coffee grounds are great for composting and can act as a natural pest deterrent in your garden.
